For many, it is just a trend. But for us, it is so much more. As 2 women, living in a Middle-Eastern country and having lived abroad, we totally understand both worlds. And in both worlds, being a woman traveling alone is often perceived as a challenge, to say the least.

On another level, women are often perceived – in our part of the world – as often silent and submissive. Far from it. Women are changing things and fighting on so many fronts here. They are the beating heart of the country.
